This small food cart pod has seen a lot of turnover in the ~5 years I've visited it, since 2017 when I moved to Portland and lived right nearby, to my most recent visit in 2022. Amenities are limited - porta potty restrooms, zero decor or charm, and a small amount of seating (though it is covered and heated). Street parking only and it's hard to find a spot in this neighborhood. They don't have an active website or social media presence which can make it hard to know which carts are here. (And I know there are some great carts here!)
