I had the pollo enmoladas (enchiladas with mole sauce) and they were outstanding. Hard to believe such good food could come out of a food truck. Bit of a wait cuz they are busy at lunch. I can see why.
I have heard and driven past plenty of times and finally had to get a burrito. ONE of the biggest breakfast burritos I have ever got almost as big as my arm, so filling and delicious I will definitely be back
This is my FAVORITE food in Portland. I am vegan and their soyrizo tacos are by far the best I’ve ever had. Every time I try other tacos, I’m sorely disappointed because they aren’t Betos tacos. They load them up beautifully and are filling, flavorful, and just absolutely delicious, not to mention they’re fairly priced. I went to a different local taco truck and spent $14 on 3 tacos that barely had any vegetables in them and no gauc or soyrizo. Seriously. If you’re vegan...
