The Vietnamese Iced Coffee was a 10/10 for me, wasn’t very sweet either which I loved. I ordered the chicken banh mi, but I’d probably give that a 7/10. The filling was good, but I wasn’t a fan of the bread. A bit too dense for me/wish it was more airy and crunchy.
Best Banh Mi I’ve had in Portland, Oregon hands down.

Binh Minh Sandwiches is my go-to spot for classic, no-nonsense bánh mì. The bread is perfectly crispy and fresh, and the combo sandwich (with cold cuts and pâté) is flavorful and well-balanced with pickled veggies and herbs. Everything tastes authentic and the price is hard to beat — usually under $6.
