Worst place in Portland. I wouldn’t feed a starving mule this. Poor service, low quality and a waste of time I hope they go bankrupt because they actually make me sick everytime I’ve attempted eat this gut rot

I visited Birrieria and had a pretty good experience overall. They have several locations around Portland, which is super convenient. I tried the “Piña” (pineapple) drink with chamoy and Tajín. It had a good flavor but was a bit watered down. If you’re a fan of that sweet and spicy combo, I recommend asking for extra chamoy and Tajín, since they go pretty light on it unless requested. They also have a great variety of Mexican flavored drinks, which are perfect for summer. There’s plenty of seating, and the staff at the food cart were all really friendly. They serve tons of food too, like tacos and other classic Mexican dishes, but this time I was just there for the drink. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more from their menu.

Came here last night and waited at least 15 minutes for someone to come to the window (yes I rang the bell twice) the cashiers were then very rude and acted like me ordering was a huge inconvenience even though I was literally the only person there at dinner time on a Saturday.
This is my third time coming and receiving awful service I thought it was just that they were busy the other times but it felt very pointed that they didn’t want me there and I’m beginning to think it’s because I’m gay. Everything I ordered was followed with them looking at me like I’m an idiot even though I’m ordering things exactly how they’re written on the menu.
After waiting 15 minutes for service, my food was ready in less than 3 and both me and my partner have been feeling so so sick this morning. The beans on the taco plate were straight up rancid, the consume was freezing and my burrito was practically inedible. It feels like they gave me food borne illness because they were too bothered to make fresh food or they don’t like that I’m gay. Probably both.

Birrieria PDX has some of the tastiest tacos you can really find in the area. I've eaten through most of the menu myself and have never been disappointed. The hot sauce has great flavor and a fantastic kick. Don't forget to get yourself some horchata.

We got the Mulitas and the quesotacos. They were both good but the Mulitas tasted more flavorful.
The consome and spicy sauce were also both great. The consome has a nice beef flavor.
The guy who handled our orders was amazing. Really solid dude and had great service.

Best thing this place did was to come down here to Salem for a couple months. I’ve already gone like 12 times. I hope they stay down here permanently.
It was our first time here and my husband got the Birria ramen and pastor taco and pineapple water he liked it I thought it was a little salty for me but if my husband enjoyed it that what matters and my son got a burrito the asada and he thought it was good.
They gave me burrito with 70% fat in it. There burritos aren’t the best I’ve had better. The first bite I took was cold

I have been here several times with no problem but this morning I ordered a breakfast crunch wrap and got who knows what???? It had a flat corn tortilla that was stale, fire Cheeto chips, rice beans. The only thing that was in it that I ordered was the meat. I couldn't eat it. Waste of time and money. Probably won't go back.
