We usually have a great experience here as the drinks are better than others in the area. Today though we just got an iced chai that was supposed to have oat milk. My wife has a pretty severe allergy to dairy products and witnessed the barista use 2% in the drink. She brought it up at the counter and the associate acknowledged it at first, went back to remake the drink, but then turned around to present the same drink as before and stated that it was in fact oat milk. It wasn't. My wife is having a rough day so she wasn't going to fight with the barista. We took it on faith and were disappointed to find it's for sure milk.

Look, honestly I hate complaining like this, but this is a pretty bad experience to wait 10 minutes in line to pay $5-6 for something she cannot drink. I see no world where the standard customer service answer wouldn't involve just taking the L and remaking the drink. Why not be sure?

Screwed up their own menus over by removing all but three chillers, not able to remove espresso from the blended drinks in app... won't be going back until this is updated again. :(

I ordered a drink and the almond croissant. The croissant was hard, stale, and rotten inside. It must've been sitting there for a long time. I had taken a bite and had to spit it out. Really gross. I would think they'd check and rotate their inventory.

The drink's are good, but if you know what's good for your health, stay away from their pastry. There are plenty of other coffee shops with fresh pastry.

Sort of off the well traveled corporate coffee trail, and this one is housed in a former Kaady car wash.Great coffee, fun and friendly service, walk up or drive through.Want a "flat white", they will build it.....etc etc etc.

My absolute favorite coffee - delicious and substantial, never watered down. Fast, friendly service.

First time trying out black rock coffee, comparing them to Starbucks across the way and Black Rock Is So much better it actually tastes like coffee! I got a blended Carmel Blondie, so good! I can't wait to try more flavors! Will come back! Plus I didn't get a upset stomach like I do when I have Starbucks! You should try their coffee here!

I wasn't going to leave a review, but Black Rock hasn't responded to my email.I was excited to see I could get coffee and breakfast. I ordered my coffee and a ham and Swiss breakfast sandwich. I was handed a cold sandwich telling me they can't fit it in their oven and I could use a microwave where I'm going. I do not have a microwave where I was going. Which was work. I was charged before being told this and sent away with a cold sandwich. Which I can't heat up. So I had to make another stop to get food and be late for work. I will not be coming back. The convince I thought I was getting is not it. So I paid for something I could not eat and am wasting food bc you didn't have that important information posted.Then an email that got no response.
