Love the drinks, and baristas are always very pleasant. Love the variety of drinks. My faves are green tea with lavender and simple sugar, blended Mexican mocha and peach fiz chiller.

My drink was amazing. The friendly staff speaks for it self, this is truly a great place.

This Black Rock is our local one and it is fantastic! The staff is amazing and very kind. They are also such a big part of the community, supporting local charities with donations!

Had to stop coming here because they are so slow! And you’re trapped on the former car was tunnel and can’t get out.

It's a bit slow during the week with a line of cars wrapping around the building during strange hours. Wish they still had the donuts.

Warning - there is no order ahead window and no way to get out of the line and move on once you realize that because you are inside a long narrow garage. Prices also higher than most nice coffee shops but drink was just okay.

We usually have a great experience here as the drinks are better than others in the area. Today though we just got an iced chai that was supposed to have oat milk. My wife has a pretty severe allergy to dairy products and witnessed the barista use 2% in the drink. She brought it up at the counter and the associate acknowledged it at first, went back to remake the drink, but then turned around to present the same drink as before and stated that it was in fact oat milk. It wasn't. My wife is having a rough day so she wasn't going to fight with the barista. We took it on faith and were disappointed to find it's for sure milk.

Look, honestly I hate complaining like this, but this is a pretty bad experience to wait 10 minutes in line to pay $5-6 for something she cannot drink. I see no world where the standard customer service answer wouldn't involve just taking the L and remaking the drink. Why not be sure?
