It’s Blue Star. Enough said, right?! IYKYK. Hands down our PDX fave. Move over Voodoo, you’ve become completely irrelevant in the doughnut landscape that makes up this fine, French brioche landscape. They often sell out. And they’re often on the Too Good To Go app, so that’s a major win. Customer service is far superior to the regular Portland slump. You won’t be disappointed.

Oh wow. I always keep it simple and go for the ‘Old Fashioned Buttermilk’. Sooo good. Every time I try another flavour I always enjoy them but feel sad that I didn’t get the OG 🤣

The store is clean, staff are friendly and the coffee is ok too!

I thought I loved Blue Star until my most recent trip. All of the donuts we tried were too sweet. We had SideCar Donuts a week or so ago and it’s possible the close timing comparison had an impact on this experience but I think maybe we just did not love the most recent flavors at BlueStar as they were a little too sweet.
