If you don't taste delicious food here, your mouth will probably be damaged, not because of the food🤣. She's cute, went to school on Tet and got lucky money🧧. It seems like you're selling because of passion or something🥰

service is always cheerful and nice (she may come off a bit blunt but its not meant in a rude way at all!), food is authentic and so incredibly delicious, my partner and i always have to each get our own portion because we both refuse to share one.

Broken rice is delicious and authentically Vietnamese. Compared to frozen food in the US, the taste of grilled ribs here is truly wonderful.
The price is quite cheap compared to Vietnamese restaurants ($15 for pork ribs and egg rolls), quite a lot for 1 person.
The common dining area is very clean and comfortable, much better than other food truck areas in Portland
Co Trinh broken rice is a dish you should try on the menu at least once when you visit Oregon

Finally a great broken rice place in Portland. The #1 special has everything that makes this dish m all-time favorite, from the crispy fried lard to the flavorful charbroiled pork chop. Not your typical "broken rice" menu item at restaurants, this is the real deal! My to-go order took less than 5 minutes and was still great reheated.

Sooooo good!
This is hands down one of the best broken rice dish I’ve ever had, especially given the price.
My friend recommended this spot, and I was blown away by the rich flavours and generous portions. The owner was incredibly gracious, offering us free water and samples of her new dish. Highly recommend!
Best broken rice in Oregon if not the entire country. The owner is extremely nice and often come out to have a conversation with her customers. A definite must try if you are in the area.
Provided an updated image of the food truck.

Didn't order any food so I can't speak to that but I got a peach tea and it was literally just arizona tea poured into a blender with some peach syrup. Didn't have the classic tea foam on top like in the photo. Ridiculously sweet. FIVE DOLLARS for a cup of Arizona tea with a peach slice thrown on top. Save yourself the money.
Food is fantastic & the owner is super nice, friendly & generous
Parking: Plenty
Light repast of Lychee Iced tea and their street corn. So worth it! The corn is amazing! I could eat this all the time. The ice tea is absolutely divine, great flavor without being so sweet my teeth hurt.
Attracted by the flaming font, stayed for the chicken banh mi. JUICY and aromatic. Some kind of garlic aioli. Staff are sincere rays of sunshine.
