CORE - Bar & Food Carts is an amazing food pod that offers both outdoor and indoor seating. The space is huge, with a HUGE indoor space so it’s actually nice to go through the winter months. It is the cleanest, most organized food truck spots. There is plenty of parking and a wide variety of food cart options. The drink options are so extensive, with a nice wine selection, many different beers, and spirits. The indoor beer selection is excellent. The Broken Rice plate was absolutely delicious, and the pork belly bowl was equally great, both with generous portions. The Hot-Honey Fried Chicken was DELICIOUS. Tacos and poke bowl got high marks. The owners and bartender are the corner stone of the place. It is a real cultural center for the community, especially the local Asian community.
