Food was really good, there were some little things that were a little strange for me and my group of 4. No physical menus? We were given one tablet to view the menu between 4 people until we asked for a second one. The tablets are inconvenient and bulky for the small space we had.

I asked about which wines weren't dry, and our server was not only under the age of 21, but she had no idea what that meant and could offer no insight. And apparently no one...

The food was delicious! The atmosphere was wonderful and comfortable. The owner stopped by to chat with us a couple times which was nice. Unfortunately, we waited ten minutes after being seated to see our server and then after ordering our food he never checked back with us, the WHOLE meal. Drinks went unfilled and we wanted dessert but after sitting for 15 minutes after our meal with no waiter in sight we decided to skip it. The restaurant only had a few tables and was not full...

My partner and I celebrated my birthday at Brooklyn Trattoria, and the entire experience was absolutely lovely from start to finish. We made a reservation in advance, and they went above and beyond by setting up a cozy booth for us, complete with a birthday card and fresh rose petals—such a thoughtful touch that instantly made the evening feel special.
