They have a variety of Vietnamese soy bean products including tofu, salad rolls, meat , pandas cakes, fresh soy milk and other sweet and savory items made in house. Most items are pre packaged into a small or a large portion. Their tofu parking lot looks big but is always busy and seems crowded. The staff are pleasant and helpful. It’s a small store and always seems to have a line but it moves pretty quickly.
By now, everyone knows Bui Natural Tofu is a gem in Portland, offering an amazing selection of Vietnamese dishes. My favorite? Bánh bèo—a childhood favorite of mine, and they do it right. The delicate steamed rice cakes, savory toppings, and perfect balance of flavors take me straight back to my roots.

Best salad roll and tofu of my life!! Highly recommend this place for high quality offerings. The tofu is fresh and very tasty and they have other snacks and food options as well. It’s very easy to get in and out of.
