Hot, fresh and yummy chicken. Great slaw, and fries. Everything looked great coming out of the kitchen. Great friendly bar with comfortable booths. Doesn't look as nice on the outside as inside. The place is spotless and the cleanest bathrooms in Portland. I can't wait to go back. I have driven by here countless times and finally stopped. The best!!
The fried chicken is superlative. Went in around noon for a late breakfast, I don't have a bad thing to say about my experience. I ordered a chicken breast and an ala cart waffle. The chicken was tender and juicy, with a nice crispy crust. They use a dry rub, that through some kind of kitchen magic, seasons the meat to the bone.
