“So I don't know if it used to be different but the lobby was impeccably clean and the service was fantastic. The cashier was gracious and accommodating and the food came out fast and hot. Genuinely one of the best fast food experiences I've ever had.“

“I usually go through drive-thru. From start to end, the process has been fairly smooth and reasonable. However, if you want to get BK gift card, you may want to go to a different BK store. Other than that....I would go again! ????

“King and Mc so far are the only fast food restaurants that never tell me that I have to buy something in order for me and my family to use the restrooms. Portland needs to change these rules about this subject.

“The dining room is absolutely clean and so is the space and it's clean outside as well.

Front counter staff are absolutely amazing, attentive and understand you perfectly.

Bathroom facilities were amazingly clean as well I checked.

The buns were a little bit hard on the whopper jr. Fry's were perfect.

I can say that the drink machine is probably the star of the show cuz it's one of the best I had in a while from a fountain machine.

Vegetarian options: They have the impossible Whopper and of course a few other things on the menu like salads and so forth

Parking: Has an absolutely enormous parking lot so it's easy to get in and get out quickly and not have to worry about your car getting dinged up that's like the best part about this place huge parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: It has an enormous dining room. However the play area that they used to have is no longer there anymore.

Plenty of room for kids to run around in the dining room as it's pretty empty most of the time.

Wheelchair accessibility: I don't believe this place has automatic doors but it is easy to access and get into and they do have parking for wheelchair vans and so forth. But they have a drive-thru so that takes care of all these issues.“

“Got my custom chicken sandwich exactly as customized. Got the drink and then waited as they made a hot sandwich and fries. Pleasant and professional at 9pm. Lone worker and no other customers at the time. More than satisfied with this fast food location. They delivered on my drive thru.“

“It is November 12th and this place is still advertising Halloween. I would not recommend using the men's room as it does not lock properly meaning you could be on the toilet and someone can come plowing right on in. Other than that the food was fine this place has a pretty big dinning room. The cashier was nice and the manager seemed like she cared about the service as she was training new staff.“

“When we ordered we had a couple of substitutions in the lady behind the counter was great about it didn't act like she was you know frustrated or angry or whatever it was actually very very empty there was only one of the couple in there besides us which anyways kind of nice you know Peace quiet you can have a conversation. Clean inside.“

“They noticed the fries were a little old and so they made us fresh fries. And we're very patient when we had a big order we put in.For breakfast. We had the sausage, biscuits and sausage. Croissants and the sausages are way bigger than the ones at McDonald's hash. Browns are 20 times better also.“

“Staff was friendly. They were definitely under stuffed. We waited over 20 minutes of an order of nuggets, a cheese burger, onion rings, and cheese sticks. Only one other person in the lobby was waiting with us. Could not really see the drive-thru, but it didn't look as if they had a lot of orders going out. They did apologize, and I do appreciate that.“
