I just went through the drive-thru at this location. I was served by James, and he gets a 10/10 for enthusiasm and quick service. I don't often get fast food, but this was a great experience!

Still the only place with a really grilled flavor. Don't stop there often, but if I want grilled flavor, this is where I go. Skip the onion rings, they're nothing but onion flavored dough, no real onion, sad.

I ordered delivery. When my food got to me, it wasn't what I had ordered and some of the food was old and crunchy. My drink was watered down. I called and they kept answering and hanging up. Finally the lady answered and told me the reason she gave me the wrong food was because they were out of what I had ordered. Refused to refund me.

I came to order Wednesday at 9:50pm, they close at 11pm..no one to take my order, I had speak to see if someone was there...no hello what can I get for you..never asked me if I finish ordering my food..It looks like whoever was working there wanted to leave already but it says that they supposed to closed at 11pm.. if they don't like their job they shouldn't workthere.

Just did a review the other day for a different Burger King about how amazing they were for cooking a Whopper during breakfast time. They're supposed to cook Whoppers during breakfast time, but some locations don't want to do it. Just ran into that at this location. She looked at other people like she was checking to see if it was okay to say no and then told me the broiler was broken and they couldn't do whoppers right now. That on top of the fact that the roof is leaking into the lobby and multiple locations... Definite one star.

Website, online mobile order and Google all say they open at 6am. Ordered my mobile order at 6:15am. Got there to pick it up at 6:30am. Crickets. Lights on, drive through signs on and not one person there. If your times are wrong in all these sites, change them so customers know. McDonalds was open across the street and got my money instead.

Every location in the Portland area says their oven is broken, and they have no biscuit sandwiches. The owner is cheap and won't replace the ovens

Walked in and waited for about 5 mins with no service. No one around, we kept saying “Hello?” Folks pulled into the drive thru and left. Food all over the floor and bag of lettuce on the floor as well. We left and drove 10 miles for the next one.

I have used this location in the past and it has been subpar. Tonight we were out and really hungry, so decided to pop in. After dropping $30 on two medium sized meals (ridiculous price for fast food) the fries were cold and hard. I pulled up to the door and it was locked, so I drove back through the drive through and waited in line. When I made it to the window we waited some more, and some more. Finally, when the same girl opened the window and attempted to foist someone else’s food on me, I replied, hello again, and asked for new fries. Before I could say anything more she barked at me about backing up into the drive through is against corporate policy and I need to drive around to the front door. She slammed the window shut before I could explain I waited in line. We drove around to the front again, and waited at the front door for minutes. Finally the girl came out with three different bags for others waiting for food. She exclaimed, “Here!” At my wife that I could hear through the windshield of the car and told us again that backing through the line is against policy. Being rude and serving cold food should also be considered as against policy in the future. At least I hope.

This is the second time in 2 weeks I've gone here and had my order messed up. First time they forgot the sauce and bacon on my double whopper. And today they forgot an entire patty and cheese on my Texas double whopper.

Came through the drive thru around 2PM and the gentleman that answered said that he was all alone and will need a moment to take our order. Not sure why he was all alone and didn't get a chance to ask because even though he was all alone it was the FASTEST service we have received at any fast food location. Even when we go through a place during a slow time and with a full team, they can't compete with this one worker who took our order correctly, cooked our food freshly, and was still kind with his service. This man deserves a raise equivalent of a whole team since he did such an amazing job. Wish we grabbed his name!
