Dirty. Homeless sleeping in the back. Food was decent but the people working there could not care less.
If it was possible I would have given this Burger King experience a - 5. My husband went inside and got our food. Just as he was coming out I was going in to use the bathroom. Their is a sign on the bathroom doors that says no public restroom. For paying customers only. So I went to the counter and was greeted very unpleasantlym I asked if I could use the restroom and was told I had to buy something. Itold her my husband had just bought food. She the manager said I needed to buy something. After my husband going back inside she again very unpleasant ly unlocked the bathroom. I'm really surprised the health Dept. hasn't shut this place down. Their were no toilet seat covers, no paper towels and the whole place was just absolutely dirty nasty.
It seems to always close early, I mean like before 6pm. It's happened to me like 5or6 different times and days. When there open, they are real nice and do a pretty good job.
Customer Service is terrible. The manager refuses to keep the business open during regular Burger King hours. He also refuses to honor standard deals and promotions that are offered at all other Burger Kings. When I asked why he didn't he said that he can do whatever he wants and doesn't have to honor his franchise agreement. People don't go to fast food restaurants because they want something u ique and different. They go there because they want the same thing at every location. They want standardization. They want to be able to order their same favorite burger at every location. A few local promotions are reasonable, as long as certain standard fare is offered. This manager has failed to do that and in failing to do that fails to present a Burger King location to customers that meets the basic criteria of such a location. The franchise license of this business should revoked.
Yesterday my husband stopped at Burger King on NE Broadway at about 5:30 PM. They were closed. Today I called and was told that they close at 5 PM now. I told her that their website says they close at 11 PM and the drive thru is open till midnight. She said that they aren't anymore. So be aware if you like to eat a burger for supper, you will need to go elsewhere for it.
