Drug use in the parking lot, cold food. I love BK but this was a flop today gehto like atmosphere. This one needs to be closed or the area cleaned up. I will not be back to this one very disappointed.

Incredibly slow and prioritizes drive thur customers heavily over sit down customers. The inside is nice but its very frustrating waiting 20 min for a basic combo inside while all the drive thurs keep going like a revolving door.

I was helped buy a gentleman named russ. He went above and beyond, going out of his way to help accommodate for my girlfriend and i, who where in an unfamiliar area. His keen ability to provide the highest quality customer service was greatly appreciated and should not go overlooked.

Always the same employees in the morning, clear and able to easily understand them through the speaker. Always do their welcome script. Food is good, I haven't got much other than breakfast in a long while but their bacon or ham sandwiches are great.
They made me park cause they didn't have chicken ready. Then were rude when I asked for my money back.

It was OK, but I felt rushed out of there and some of the tables weren’t cleaned off so my choices for tables was limited and I’m handicap so I need a handicap position for table
