I mistakenly went inside and was promptly ignored for over half an hour. Once they finally did take my order no one on staff knew how to take a gift card so I ended up needing to pay with cash. After another half hour I got cold food AND the wrong order! They are obviously horribly understaffed.

Ordered online. Went to pick up and they said they were closed. The worker wouldn’t answer me when I asked if I would get a refund, she waved me off and walked away. I understand being closed for weather, but your app shouldn’t take orders if you are.

I order the 8 piece nugget for my son every time (3 or four orders of it) and as he was eating them he shows me this…. what is this burger-king? I came to this location. And will not again. Please fix this and don’t make these kids sick 🤢
