How are the two for five BBQ bacon cheeseburger we've had no barbecue sauce on either one and my lady ordered a chicken sandwich didn't bother to tell us that the meal was on a coupon for the same price then I needed to use the restroom and had to wait for them to go and push in the code so I can get in and use it instead of just telling me the code so I could go immediately I'm 61 years old I don't have all day when I have to go

They noticed the fries were a little old and so they made us fresh fries. And we're very patient when we had a big order we put in.For breakfast. We had the sausage, biscuits and sausage. Croissants and the sausages are way bigger than the ones at McDonald's hash. Browns are 20 times better also.

We went to the drive thru using a coupon we received in the mail. At this restaurant the French fries were nicely done and for once salted just right. Not too much nor too little salt. This time we ordered the two regular burgers and the 3 junior burgers. All of them were very tasty with everything you'd want including pickles.At another Burger King restaurant the help was extremely kind, and very friendly. The food was just okay even when we used a coupon.I believe Burger King is trying to ramp up everything; the food and service. I will continue to go back.

My father asked to use the bathroom to wash our hands before we ate. Gentleman pulled the door aggressively in front of my dad saying it’s only for customer. I don’t expect a 5 star experience, it’s fast food. Gentleman was working around 11:41am pacific time, on 01/06/24 on Saturday. This is not the right way to treat your customers, man looked like he didn’t enjoy his job.

It took way too long being the only person in the drive-thru for me to get my food and there was no one inside of the restaurant. In addition, my Burger was so cold that the cheese wasn't even melted, the fries that I ordered were old. They tasted like old cold grease. I was so upset. I could not even go back. I understand that from time to time companies have issues as I've worked in customer service all my life including the restaurant industry the only consistency at this Burger King is the poor quality and service they really should get their act together.

Overall all good, they're pretty good with taking the orders and but sometimes lack that warm spirit that feels inviting or like one should return. They made my food good though. ??
Waited 10 mins at the counter and finally someone came out from the ba k while I was waiting two or three cars went threw the drive threw and left without ordering once I was helped I was treated like a neusence not coming
