I have been coming here 2 times a week for the last 8 months. I absolutely love the food, but customer service is just awful. The staff constantly change, except for one guy bald with a red beard who has the absolute worst attitude! He has made zero effort to get to know his regulars even tho I do my best to say hi each time, he often sweeps under the table while I am currently eating and my average lunch is 15 minutes so I know I’m not over staying my welcome. Super fast service and simple menu. Crinkle cut fries and chocolate milkshake were excellent, cheeseburger was just fine. It’s big but the sauce and lettuce overpower a lot of the taste. Decent!
Overall 10/10 highly recommend best burger joint in pioneer square! If you’re looking for something other than bland chicken fingers these guys have some juicy and tender burgers ? absolutely love the tots fire as all hell!!! Every time I’ve visited the customer service was absolutely amazing they were very thoughtful and kind. These guys truly take pride in their food as well as their customers making sure you are fully satisfied with your care.
