Cold food, long wait, expensive, and unprofessional workers

I ordered fish and chips, and honestly, it was a letdown. The fish was barely warm inside, and definitely not cooked all the way through. As for the fries, they were pretty awful—super dry and tasted like they had been fried twice in old oil. I was left with a bad aftertaste, like they were cooked in burnt oil.
I really can’t recommend getting food here. I've had way better fries at other spots. Do yourself a favor and grab a bite somewhere else!
We ordered a hazelnut sundae but instead got mint patty. This restaurant at Portland airport was about to close and they took one more customer after us before they closed. The lady at counter took the order and also made it. Disappointing that she used the incorrect sundae😔 was sad that we came here just for one thing - a good dessert, and that sucked because they did not serve the order right😔unfortunately we could not also give this dessert back to the store as they were closed for the day!

I'm glad a Burgerville has remained through the PDX modernization. I like their lunch / dinner options and this was the first opportunity to try breakfast since the menu reboot.
No napkins in our takeaway bag. That was a small strike.
It was tasty and thankful for the "off airport" pricing. This is the value choice in the morning. Pricing at Grassa is a bit higher but a different experience and Deschutes has a small breakfast menu with similar prices and options.
Once D&E are reunited concourses I'd be challenged to decide between The Ville and The Green Siren ☕. Both offer online orders and quick pickup.
Burgerville earns a point for fresh cooking, vegetables (arugula!), and whole grain bun. I like FaceRock cheddar so hopefully that partnership continues too.

I was excited to be back in Oregon and have the opportunity to get Burgerville again but this experienced really bummed me out. All the staff seemed so unhappy to be there and didn’t seem to care about customer service. There was a super long line but the food preppers just stood and talked and took their sweet time getting the food ready and then apologized for the long wait. The man making my burger also got it wrong. I don’t like sounding like a Karen but this experience could have been so different without all the distracted talking causing everyone needing to get to flights to wait 5-10mins longer than they should have.

Got a chicken breakfast sandwich from here while waiting for my flight. It was standard, not too bad but not super good. A solid choice for the airport though.

Gave me cheese when I specifically requested none due to an allergy. Fun surprise on the plane when I opened it up and had to immediately throw it away. First and last time visiting this chain.

I can’t remember being served a burger where the beef patty was stone cold. For the money? Ridiculous. The rest of the burger was ok. But a cold burger? Very unimpressed.

Worse service ever. Food was nothing like the menu. Order a halibut sandwich and the piece of fish was so small. Order a 5 piece halibut and fish and chips and only got 4 pieces. Everyone who worked at the restaurant was like a space cadet. Never again will we eat here, nor should you!

hash browns were so greasy my napkins in the bag couldn’t be used anymore and the paper on my sandwich was so oily too. couldn’t eat the hash browns because they were so greasy. i get that it’s fast food and well everything is fried but i’ve never had this problem with other fast food hash browns. the breakfast sandwich was also mediocre edible but not tasty. 0/10 experience

Been missing the shakes, finally got a vegan one and it was delicious. Any shake can be made vegan with the coconut ice cream.
American hamburgers often have a vague taste, but the ones here are delicious.
Compared to Japanese chains, the wrapping paper (both interior and exterior) doesn't seem to be very sturdy, and it quickly becomes sticky due to the oil and temperature of the product, so it's best to eat it right away.
I guess I ordered it wrong, but I ordered onion rings but it came with fries.
