Great to have a salad option in the airport! Ingredients were fresh and topping options are expansive. Really appreciated two vegan protein options- vegan chik’n and tofu. 4 different vegan dressing options was nice too, though most were olive oil or vinegar heavy. I found the pricing pretty fair and I’ll definitely be back when passing through this terminal.
