The location by the D gates always has very friendly staff (when I’ve been). They have surprisingly good hot chocolate! They are the only Peet’s I’ve been to while living in Oregon so far and I have a good opinion of Peet’s because of this location.
Let's talk about coffe, because if we don't this review will be useless for you. I like deep, smooth coffee. French roast, usually. Most often I get a non fat latte, although if I've had too many calories that day then an almond milk latte, or if I couldn't give too shakes about calories that day, full fat. Full fat is best. Denise and Elizabeth have amazing customer care. They were dealing with a processing server error (that had been occurring all day) and they explained exactly what was happening and handled us and the line exceptionally. For something that was completely out of their control, in a busy airport location, they handled themselves great!
