Denise and Elizabeth have amazing customer care. They were dealing with a processing server error (that had been occurring all day) and they explained exactly what was happening and handled us and the line exceptionally. For something that was completely out of their control, in a busy airport location, they handled themselves great!

Okay first of all the girls that works here the last two days is not pleasant or even nice.. they are slow and not good customer service.. I mean if you don't want to work then quit cause you work in food service industry and it's all about serving customer service to all of your customers and welcoming them and say . Hi how may I get you or something and also smile and greet customers with a good positive attitude but nothing of that at all I mean rude and no urgency or anything I mean people are waiting a least 10 or 15 min on getting 1 drink made by the first here and when their are 4-6 people waiting in line not even acknowledge the customers in line really bad service all the time I come here I mean how are you expect to make any money and or tips when you are so dull and completely rude the manager needs to put the girls in check and if not they you all are this peets coffee won't be in business for very long I not very happy you girls need to do better at customer service cause you are in food and beverage service to serve not to have customers feel like they are welcome to come and get coffee this is very bad and slow service don't come here you will wait 10-15 mins on getting 1 beverage drink and it shouldn't take that king at least 5 mins at most depends on how many drinks and how many items you order

Two mornings I’ve been in line with ONE person in front of me and I’ve waited over 20min each time and ended up leaving to start my shift before ordering. WHY!?

Great Coffee, pleasant and quick service. The line moves fast and the people were great. Strongly recommend a stop before your flight.

Peet's is my favorite coffee of all. I live in Florida but have Peet's ship me Italian Roast (fresh roasted) to my house via subscription. Seriously so much better than any other coffee.

Slow and angry. Worst petes ever. And coffee so bad i threw it out

They dont deserve 1 star with very slow service and overrated, to strong med blend coffee. Im not impressed with the lack of help and the long wait in the line. It seems like these coffee places are the only one that's close by and has a monopoly here, not seeing another one around in this terminal?

The location by the D gates always has very friendly staff (when I’ve been). They have surprisingly good hot chocolate! They are the only Peet’s I’ve been to while living in Oregon so far and I have a good opinion of Peet’s because of this location.

The attendant was friendly, but even when i specifically asked for “not too hot” aka don’t burn the milk, the milk was burnt

I paid by card and left a tip. When I reviewed the bank transactions I noticed that the server had added an additional tip on top of mine. That's not a tip, that's theft. They stole from me. Pay with cash if you get your coffee at Peet's in the baggage claim in PDX.

Let's talk about coffe, because if we don't this review will be useless for you. I like deep, smooth coffee. French roast, usually. Most often I get a non fat latte, although if I've had too many calories that day then an almond milk latte, or if I couldn't give too shakes about calories that day, full fat. Full fat is best. Peet's delivers all those things. I have no idea if they make a mocha crappa frappa cino or anything else. Nor do I care. Now let's talk about the airport, PDX. There is a Peet's on the lower level near the baggage claim, squeezed in between the escalators. There is another one behind the line in the D terminal. Other choices include Stumptown (so freaking acidic it will curdle cream when you pour it in), and the ubiquitous Bucks, which is last resort coffee as far as I'm concerned. The choice is clear, innitit? Accepting as a given that service will always be uneven and that all you can really expect is consistency in your cup, then Peet's is the one for me. Final note: coffee I would be real happy to see here... Nossa Familia, Sisters. Bon voyage friends!

I had a Peet’s digital gift card and couldn’t use it. Guys, I’m not giving you my hard earned money when I have money on YOUR OWN CARD. FIX THIS.
