Nice living room. The service is rather self-interested, but the cleanliness and catering offer are under control, so it's ok. Nice view of the runway. A pleasant time before returning home.
This was my first experience with Portland's United Club. It was a mixed bag for sure. The elegant entrance leads you by elevator or a spiral staircase to the club. The offer an inviting aesthetic with limited seating and food options. It was early in the day so it wasn't crowded. Not sure what it would be like during prime time. All US United Clubs are pretty similar on food offerings! There are some minor exceptions like Newark airport that offers a bit more and a coffee bar that provides Matcha! So the true differences in clubs are service, cleanliness, and seating offerings! Always best to go to clubs first thing in the morning when they are still clean! The Portland Club is small!
