I pretty much avoid fast food any more but I can tell you that Bugerville is not in that category for me. There food always seems good and doesn't leave me feeling like I have no clue what I just ate. Plus I love their shakes.

One person in the drive through when I pulled up, was made to wait 10 minutes to place my order. Then when I pulled up to the window was made to wait another 5 minutes to pay, with nobody in front of me. After that waited another 20 minutes for my order of 2 cheeseburgers and large fry and 2 milkshakes. Absolutely none of that requires a 35 minute wait, even if for some reason you decide to clean the grill in the middle of the dinner rush. Even if only one person was on the grill, protect the peak. I absolutely will never again go to this location for any reason whatsoever. Food was good but was still left with a bad taste in my mouth. 0 stars if possible.

They had a really yummy vegan burger and shake however when I asked about which sauces were vegan they told me to order one of the garlic ones but when it came out the container had "contains eggs" written on it.

Tables were dirty. Staff beligerent. Didn't get order right. Wouldn't own their mistake. Poor customer service ruined an experience.

Great service. Price was good. I forgot to order 2 drinks thinking it came with what I ordered. She gave me the other drink no charge. Small thing but made my day.
5/10/25 update. The prices don't really reflect the quality these days. Doesn't help when the don't give you your full order. Fast food with the audacity to ask for a tip. Last time they get my money. Microwave chicken is lazy.

Just like to say that this is the best Burgerville around. We live closer to Parkrose but go out of are way to go to this location. The employees are fantastic and they get the food out fast and fresh. I think the Manager is Cody. Hard working and has this location well managed and everyone is so happy when we visit. Thanks

Trashy service , pure ghetto ,rude and invasive even won't let you take a purse or a bag into the bathroom , you gotta leave it at the table . Dry burgers , super expensive , don't taste the same as it used to . Overall worst fastfood place imo

I'm in love with this place right now; not only is their food EXCELLENT 👌👍
But that's not why I originally came through those doors...
See, my electric wheelchair was dying (last red light on the monitor and it was blinking and the dreaded alarm started beeping; I'm miles away from home, and my chair starts singing the hymns of a death march on me...I tried every place in the neighborhood, gas stations, bars, stores... EVERYTHING...
And no one could spare an outlet...they could hear my chair beeping...
I was on my last leg (literally, as in, I'm an amputee...) and frightened about what I was going to do about my impending doom with every beep this thing was making ...
Here I sit, with my delicious burger, JoJos and coke...such a delicious meal and I'm so grateful with each and every bite; I keep crying 😭🥺🥺
They saved me today! May blessings be abundantly provided for everyone working here right now! Look at yourself in the mirror, be proud of where you work at and tell your self you've done a wonderful thing today! 💗
And if you're out there hungry and looking for someplace to eat, come here! Food is as great as the employees who serve it!
