It took more than 25 minutes in total to get my food, even though there were more than four people working and there was no line. Also, when I finally received my order, it was in a regular fries bag for the regular size. I mentioned it, and they brought me the rosemary fries in the regular bag for the seasonal fries. The fries were cold and didn’t have much of the rosemary salt. However, the person who helped me was polite; I’m not sure if they were the shift lead.

The service was outstanding! I didn’t catch the persons name but had a southern drawl. I love the rosemary fries but the Brie m/cranberry burger was a weird combination of ingredients. In my opinion it doesn’t work but that has nothing to do with this location.

Try harder to work slower, waiting for 10 minutes in a totally empty restaurant is not enough. I watched you the whole time doing nothing especially the guy with the shirt like just keep walking around

I’ve been coming to this Burgerville for years as my go to store if or when I decide to get fast food. Over the last six months or so it’s gone drastically downhill… every single time I have come here I’ve ordered something that’s a regular menu item and then been told to pull forward and wait in front. The weight is anything between 10 and 20 minutes every time it’s never less than 10 minutes of sitting outside in a dangerous area with transients and other scary people circling around the area. Today I waited for 10 minutes for a kids burger meal, then got brought the order missing the French fries, and was told to continue waiting. I’ve now waited 20 minutes for a regular French fry… which I still haven’t received. Other orders have been brought out and the customers have come and gone, I still haven’t gotten the fries I paid for. My lunch break is over and i have to go back to work now. I will never return again.
Very expensive!! Ended up paying out over $30 for 1 person meal and it was the thinnest meat ever. Did not fill me and I am less than 100 lbs. In weight. But the food was very good. Just too expensive. So, expect to pay well over normal pricing for a hamburger with bacon. Sweet potato fries, and chocolate shake.

The pettiness of the assistant manager not giving children the EBT snap meals during this time here is the photo of this man who denied my kids . I’m reporting him to corporate as well he’s handling people’s food with no gloves, sores on his fingers open wound sores, and has no hairnet Way to go, Burgerville
