I have been going here for over a decade now, I recognized the servers. The restaurant is divided into two sections, the restaurant itself and the bar. I tend to go for the two-fers of sirloin steak. I always order the hardy beef stew, it is very delicious. Complimentary garlic bread is brought to the table. My plate filled with fresh cooked green beans, rice pilaf, and steak. Poor Richards has closed its doors. A piece of history gone forever...gone the way of the Pagoda in NE Portland. Tony Starlight tried to work a deal out with Bank of America, but they couldn't come to terms. Sad :(

I just love the Patrons, down to Earth , friendly but not in that fake or annoying way, they will let you know if someone else has products for a cheaper price, because they genuinly care. They also know that it's expensive these days, now tell me where else are you going to find that level of service, that's not a close friend or something similar, right ?
