I love the place its have big space, and so many choices for coffee and dessert. Also, they have sandwiches if you want to eat.

They use plant based plastic tea bags that can still shed microplastics. No thanks
Work accross the street, no discounts, not cool. Should be a thing.

They get my (very simple) orders wrong as often as they get it right. The servers are aloof and disinterested. Nice place. Superior espresso. Pedestrian food/snacks at best. I keep coming back, but the customer service is McDonalds level. Don't expect more in that area: Just enjoy the really great espresso.

Good coffee, but the music is too loud to make reading or conversation possible. And it’s downright bad, too, unless you like the most commercial, intrusive hits of the 1980s. These songs sucked the first time around, so why revive them now? Who goes to a cafe to be bombarded by bad pop music?

This Caffe Umbria in the Pearl lacks a little bit of the charm that the one downtown has but is still a comfortable place to enjoy a cup of coffee.
I tried a Cortado and it was far too hot which was a bummer as it's supposed to be a ready-to-go drink but I had to wait ~10 minutes till it was drinkable. This was the same case for the chai we got so I assume the barista just steamed the milk too long.
Besides that, this Caffe Umbria is definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!
