Had delicious brunch here while staying on vacation. Was an easy walk from the riverfront. Service was kind, the food was spectacular if you’re just looking for simple/easy. I ordered the Cuban coffee but didn’t realize it was super sweet already and added sugar. That was my fault as I should’ve tasted it before. Prices were ok but I appreciate them keeping their doors open after all this city has experienced. Will return!

You guys. This place is delicious! It’s a great way to get away from the winter gloom. I had the caiman breakfast, the brown sugar espresso, yuca and black beans. The hot sauce I put on myself from a self serve counter.Edit: I had to come back the next day and get more beans and yuca. I got the tostones too. I would eat here every day if I could.

Best Cuban sandwich I’ve ever had. I’ve had some versions that were thicker with more meat, but this just didn’t need it. The flavor was so amazing that it was absolutely perfect. I’ll definitely be back.

stopped by randomly for a quick coffee to go & wished i had time to stay for food! coffee is excellent, pastries are divine (& made in house!), and the food menu looked incredible. i’ll be making this a regular go-to whenever i’m in the area!

Lunch: I had the Cuban Burrito. The mango salsa makes the burrito taste light while still being a substantial meal for a good price.Breakfast: Any of the hand made pastries are delicious. The sweet filled empanadas and pastelitos are my favorite.Try the Mexican mocha too... you may want two.

There’s potential but my food was seriously under seasoned. The fried yuca was too dry and the garlic was burnt. I ordered a plate that said there were tostones, but I got maduros instead. It’s too dark of an atmosphere for my liking. It’s also a bit expensive. Maybe I came on a off day, idk. I really wanted to like it.

First timer today. Food was excellent. Had the Cuban burrito, with red and green salsa. Took a pumpkin empanada to go. I got half way through the empanada and was having an experience! Reminded me of grandma's empanada's! Highly recommend

Attending an OAME event, these delicious variety of treats were available and disappeared shortly after they were placed on the table. I sampled one and quickly realized why!! So delicious! This is why I will be visiting Caiman Cafe! Looking forward to trying the Cuban sandwich.
