The coconut crusted tofu was sooooo good!!!! The whole bowl was so well done in the flavor profile! Very kind staff as well and helpful with suggestions. Pleasantly surprised with how incredibly delicious this cart is!! I’ll definitely be recommending and bringing all my friends back!!Vegetarian options: Vegan!
I had the Southwest Sun Rice Bowl with Coconut Chipotle Sauce and 50/50 Black Bean Sweet Potato Hash and Coconut Rum Tofu as the protein. Delicious! I like that they make a point to be accommodating of different diets, they have both meat and vegetarian/vegan options and are allergy friendly (nut-free, egg-free, and shellfish free!).
