I've lived in the area for a while but only recently tried Sissy's a few months back (they open/close earlier than the other carts and so I always missed them when I went later in the day). Sissy's is now my go to! Especially on hot, sunny days. They have great drinks and smoothie bowls. It seems like alternative milks are the default in everything, all of their bowls and smoothies are hemp/almond/oat milk. Several items on the menu have honey, which personally doesn't bother me because I'm a vegan that eats honey.

I've only ever had coffee here, but my partner gets the smoothies, and we both love everything. The NoPo Mocha is a revelation. Also, the milk isn't steamed within an inch of its life, so your hand won't immediately fuse to the cup - it'll just be perfectly ready to drink.
