Whenever we walk past this cart, the staff look up from what they’re doing to say hello. They’re so sweet and humble, and their food is so fresh, complex, and balanced.The other day my bf ordered from this cart and the staff made me a free sample of Sweet and Sour soup- it stood out to me so much that I took notes on how it tasted: Peppery, delicate, slow build warm heat, balanced sour, great mouthfeel, not too thick, pretty.
