Stopped by to try the queso burger I've been hearing about on the radio! A lady was cleaning but she came over to take my order within a couple minutes. She recommended the strawberry lemonade and it was definitely refreshing. The place was spotless, highly recommended.

I came to carl's jury today and I always go to Carl's Jr. normally. Just not this location. Just that location on an eighty second and pal dining room was super dirty, but the food and the people work in the front counters, amazing customer service, amazing food like I said, it's just the atmosphere of just the dirtiness of the dining room
The food for some reason didn't taste fresh at this location. It reminded me of 2004 school lunch burgers. Fake and gross. I don't normally face these issue at any other location, so I'm hopeful it was just this location that has this low end quality of meats. I couldn't even eat the food.
Also, the workers in the back where cursing each other out in Spanish. As funny as I though it was, it was still inappropriate with children sitting around. Overall won't eat here again.

Carl’s Jr. really impressed me on my last visit! I stopped by for a quick bite and ended up having one of the best fast-food experiences in a while. I ordered the Famous Star with cheese combo, and it was hot, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. The bun was fresh, the veggies were crisp, and the charbroiled flavor really stood out—it tasted like an actual burger, not just fast food.
The fries were golden and crispy, and my drink was filled right to the top with ice, just how I like it. The staff was polite, fast, and got my order 100% correct, which I always appreciate. The restaurant was clean, the condiment bar was well-stocked, and there were plenty of seating options.
Carl’s Jr. is definitely underrated in the burger world—great taste, solid portions, and consistent quality. I’ll definitely be coming back!”*

Service was quick and to the point which was exactly what I was expecting and wanting for this type of establishment. Food is what's to be expected from most of the chains and the wait wasn't long at all. What truly breaks this location is the atmosphere. Even trying to order through the drive thru isn't a guarantee that you won't be heckled by a homeless person. Coming here multiple times, half of them there's someone sitting AT the intercom with a sign. I can't imagine what it's like being the employees and having to deal with this in their workplace, but it makes it more difficult to come here.
