5 stars for atmosphere because that corner can be like a hellish episode of Jerry Springer and makes using the drive thru not fun, and it was fine. 5 stars for service because everything was hot and in the bag, including the condiments that were requested. The food, however, made my husband and I sick. Portland isn't great for late night good options on the east side of the river so we do what we can. Unfortunately, it won't be at this Carl's Jr ever again.

My fish sandwich was delicious. The service was great. The dining room was clean. I was able to wash my hands without incident. It felt like old times.
I only go through the drive through, but I have never had any issues with service. Food craftsmanship can improve a bit, buy it's fast food they are doing their best.

The young lady Jaime was so professional while having to deal with someone have a mental break down in the store. She was making sure all the customers were OK and feeling safe until she got the person to leave the store peacefully. I was nervous until Jaime took control of the situation.100% customer appreciation. Don't find that much anymore. Thanks Jaime!!

This 24-hour drive thru Carl's is bomb!!! I go for breakfast around 530 am. and have yet to be disappointed! I highly recommend the spicy western breakfast sandwich!!!

This place is a hit and miss. People come up to you in the drive thru asking for money or for you to buy them food. Some rude some polite. I'll help when I can but that's all I can do. The Employees are rude about half the time at this location. They are either rude and literally yelling at you for asking them to add things like strawberry shakes at the window that you forgot (wow, I told the guy all he had to say is No gees) or THEY SAY Nothing but you're total. No thanks or hold on or EVEN good night, NOTHING!. They're constantly forget items you ask or pay for, cold, gritty old tasting meat, Soggy but the last time I went there ? YUCK!!!! THAT will be the very last time because the burger I ordered had the worst taste I've ever tasted anywhere I've ever eaten in my life. I kid you not. It was like sour ketchup or tomatoes but it seriously tasted like throw up to me. I will never be able to eat there again.
