The food was absolutely amazing. We've gone a few times and is so enjoyed ourselves. We were a group of seven this time and everybody commented how great the staff was. Everyone was friendly. The part that we could hardly wait to get was the garlic bread with mozzarella on it that you dip in the tomato sauce. You'll never go wrong eating there.
Classic old school Italian experience in PDX! The lasagna was to die for! We sat in the charming bar, with cozy red leather booths, with a lovely ambiance. We took advantage of the great happy hour menu for appetizers and salad, and enjoyed a nice bottle of wine for a very reasonable price to share with the lasagna. One couple in the bar said they'd been coming to “their”particular booth since 1957. It was our first visit, but certainly not our last! Too many delicious...
The food is classic Italian. The lasagna was fantastic and the Capresee salad was fresh. One salad was a perfect split for two. The service was great. We were too full for dessert but they looked very tasty. Prices were very reasonable. We will be back.
