My son uses a walker so could not use the steep stairs to enter the restaurant. One of the wait staff showed me a side door he could use after approaching the restaurant via the steep sidewalk. My son chose to sit at a back table in the bar. Bennett the bartender took care of us. The Aperol Spritz Bennett made was perfect. The marinara that came with the garlic bread app was tasty and had chunks of tomato. My son enjoyed his carbonara snd I thoroughly enjoyed the weekend special...
Old Portland gem! Food is old school but delicious, service is excellent, tables are comfortable and importantly to my ears... The place is quiet enough to hear your companions speak.
The food was great! It was our first time going to celebrate a birthday and we were unsure of what to order but our server was very helpful and helped us pick great options! We will definitely be coming back!
