We only got espresso, but the food looked good. Prices seemed reasonable for the venue. Staff was friendly and efficient. It is accessible without zoo entry. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Restrooms are on the right side building. Paved parking available for a fee paid by app or machine. There is limited free parking in turnouts around the park. The TriMet Washington Park MAX Station is in front of the zoo. Bus 288 and a free park shuttle also stop there.

This used to be a sit-down restaurant a number of years ago. Then it was a counter-type lunch place with burgers and many sandwiches. Now it's just a coffee shop, despite the really large "dining room" and many tables. There are lots of food carts down in the main zoo, and the Avian Cafe for indoor food.

Nice cafeteria style option in the Zoo with enough choices to refuel yourself and rest a moment. Cashier was friendly enough and they had decent drink options. There was also a limited seating area along the Bird Arboretum which was cool!
