I ordered this to go, so I have no idea what the inside of the restaurant looks like. However, I ordered a pizza on the list and alternated it a little, and it was amazing the best pizza I've had in Portland by far!! And because my son is 12, we've ordered a lot of pizzas from different mom and pop shops around Portland, which taste like American version of food but wasn't EVER something to write of you about one way or another! Average greasy, unhealthy food doesn't need a review by any means!

First time customer and ordered takeout. Had to wait an extra 20 mins than the recommend time on the website. It's the weekend, they are busy, we get it. Came home with our 4 boxes of pizzas and it looked very appealing/tasty. We ordered garlic chicken, combo, Hawaiian and 2 topping. The only complaint is the pizzas being too salty. We were thirsty for hours thru the night till mid next day. We know all pizzas are high in sodium but never had one that would make us so thirsty till next day. Perhaps lower the sodium on the toppings? Other than that the pizzas would have been great.

The quality of the food has gotten so much better. Each time we try it out again, it's gotten better- which is fantastic! But the employees really need to work on reading the order and not forgetting things for pickups. Every single time, they forget something even when we ask to double check. The first couple times it happens, ok, especially weekends, they're busy. But when it's every time it really starts to get frustrating. This time they almost forgot one of our pizzas but we noticed. Then realized when we got home they forgot our sides. Not enough to go back for, but enough to be really annoying.
It would be helpful if they looked at the order slip or on the POS, then showed the customer by opening the box. That way, no sides get forgotten and they can have the customer do a quick quality check.

Dude, this place really rocked my sockssss. I went there the other day and was treated by (sorry if I forgot their names!!) Jordan, Amanda, and Rieland. Their customer service was so far above what I expected out of a pizza place!! The pizza was delicious, maybe the first time I ever finished my crust (lol), but honestly such a friendly staff that really makes me want to come back! They actually remember your name and order, and that you come by often! If I had to pick a pizza place, it's here and every feeakin time!!!!! And the new cinabites are sooooooooo good haha P.s- they have a veterans discount, plus are super happy to find you any discount they can! A freaking plus!

Pizza is good. service is horrible. Last time i picked up they sent me home with the wrong order. Time before that I came in 30 minutes after placing the order as recommended and they hadn't even started making it yet. Had to wait another 25 minutes in their lobby with no chairs before it was done. This time I was told they would email me a coupon for a free pizza as I had to go in twice. Did they send it? Of course not.

I am updating this as I always like to offer a chance to make right a bad experience.The owner replied to my review. I reached out that day to his store, no response I called again. No response from the owner. I called again and asked for an email. No response . So today I stopped in while running errands and asked for thier direct number. The employee didnt have a way to reach the owner?Forget the $45.00 I paid to throe it in the garbage. I guess it doesnt matter to the company. What a disappointmentI ordered this on our snowy weekend. I was ok with the long delivery times (Grubhub) and the delayed delivery. That being said, HORRIBLE. Not even edible. The pizza was rancid. I even went and asked my neighbors to try it so that I knew it wasn't just myself and my friend. Then when I tried to call and let them know, no one answered. $42.00 for a medium pizza and 12 wings and not edible. Boo

The pizza was decent and the employees where very nice, but their shirts where disgusting! Is the owner only giving employees one shirt? Definitely is a signal that the owner is a cheapskate and I'm not sure that I want to come here again.

Decent pizza place. You can tell they use quality ingredients, specifically the pepperoni. We typically don't like the thicker crust pizzas but this is one of the better pizza joints in the area so we get it every so often.

We are done with Champ Pizza, and you should be too. Our last visit we had a horrible experience the pizza looked like a child tried for the first time to make a pizza. We thought we would give them another try last night. Big mistake, we ordered the large Hawaiian. If we hadn't been so hungry the pizza would have gone in the garbage. Only 11 pieces of Canadian bacon and about 15 pieces of pineapple. slop on the sauce and sprinkle on some cheese. Eating out is so costly anymore and when we do we expect to get our money's worth. Champs will not be getting my business. They are obviously more concerned with the bottom dollar than customer service. I am done... One more mention. The prices on the web are not the same as the store. The store seems to be higher even after the order has been placed. Shady stuff going on here. As far as which dish I recommend. NONE! How much did I spend? way too much. I could have went and bought a frozen pizza and it would have surpassed the quality of the pizza I received last night.
