The food was good but the service and small touches were even better. I believe it was the owner that served us. He was kind to my 3 year old and even gave my husband tic-tacs to go with his sauerkraut sandwich. Adorable

We are writing as the owners of this business. We are having trouble getting verified with Google and can't respond directly to reviews.In response to our 1 star reviews with complaints about our hours or not being open, please allow me to explain. Our posted hours have not been verified by us. They were taken off the internet by a third party and are not correct.We are a two person business with NO employees. We try to be open as often as possible but life circumstances have made this past year difficult. Both of us have been in the hospital with injuries which made for a 1 person operation many weeks. In addition we have had two significant deaths in the family in the past months.We apologize for disappointing customers, these circumstances have made our daily lives very difficult. Our closures are NOT because, as one reviewer said, "we just aren't feeling it".Lastly, working in 100 degree temps makes for 110 degrees in the cart. We have no option for an air conditioning unit and, frankly, those heat conditions are not viable or sanitary.We are trying our very best as small business owners with 5 children between us.Final apologies to any of you who have tried to support us and found yourself disappointed.Heather and Chris

This place is never, and I mean NEVER open. Have tried to come here four times during its "business hours" and every single time there is a sign posted that basically says "we're just not feelin it right now." Ridiculous.

Easily the best pastrami in town. Their menu is fantastic and I like they’re twist on common Sammie’s and dishes. I already forgot their names, but the owners are absolute sweethearts and you can tell they care about their craft. Thanks for the great Pastrami guys!

I have been attempting to eat here for MONTHS. Every time we come during your regularly advertised business hours, it's closed. Tonight, I have watched no less than 5 groups drool over your menu and walk away because you chose to close for your "lunch" at peak dinner time. I arrived at 6pm, no sign up with an eta for return. Waited until 630pm.Probably won't try a 10th time to get service from this cart.

Very yummy. Green apple and brie sandwich on gluten free bread with a honey jalapeno sauce on the side and some fig jelly. Scrumptious. Staff was super friendly. Everything on the menu sounds yummy. Can't wait to try more. ?❤️??

A solid comfort food truck. I had one of the best Grilled Tuna Fish sandwiches I've ever had here, 5/5. It was absolutely delicious, big fan of it. The lady in the truck was really nice to chat to on a slow evening. My companion got the Classic Mac and cheese which we rate 4/5 – good but not mindblowing. We've happily come here a few times. They give you a buzzer for when your order is done, and you can also go sit in the beer garden or inside Johns Marketplace if you're not getting take out and looking to unwind with friends.

I was so excited to find y'all again at the 35th and Powell location! We used to come several times a week back in 2019, and I've never had better things to say about a food cart! Two of the nicest people run it, the food is absolutely amazing, and they were even willing to make me a menu item they don't have anymore. Absolutely worth a stop if you like high quality sandwiches and high quality service!

This cart is now located in the large pod at SE Powell Blvd and 35th Street. For Saturday lunch, my wife and I split their Pastrami and Swiss Cheese sandwich . The one sandwich was large enough to feed both of us, and was delicious (featuring an ample amount of high quality pastrami, plenty of gooey Swiss cheese, stone ground mustard, on butter-grilled bread). We'll be back soon.
