I am SO HAPPY we found this food truck! We originally stopped for Chipotle, but the smells of the food trucks lured me over. The Philly cheesesteak (steak) was DELICIOUS. Perfect flavor, all the right toppings - and the fries! Unexpectedly excellent - crisp, seasoned, and so fresh. I cannot recommend this food truck enough! They can thank Matt and Memere's for the 5 stars. Greatest Cajun food and awesome good people!! You have to try their jambalaya and Po'boy's! Deserts are amazing! Everything literally sooooo good at Matt and Memere's!
