Long story short, I am a CarniW#0rE for Chipotle.Been around the area codes and nothing can compete to the service I received from day one and continue to receive; to this day.At the the end day, I love chipotle; but this is my favorite location in the PNW. Thanks and shoutout to the crew.

The staff was very unfriendly my disabled husband was told he had exceeded the time to eat they said there was a 20 minute time limit he had jury duty and had walked there to get lunch he was there for 15 minutes I will never give them another dime of my money

I love this new crew and management, I must say they have improved when it comes to staffing. I love the service and how fast they are when preparing the food. Also everyone now is super friendly and always greet you with a smile.

I placed a mobile order for one burrito bowl several hours in advance and the pickup time was 30 minutes before closing time. If they don't wish to serve fresh or even edible ingredients so close to closing time, they should simply close early. The cilantro lime rice was somehow both hard and wet, as if it were undercooked and stale. It was not fit for human consumption whatsoever. I also ordered extra fajita veggies and they gave me none. I tried to submit a complaint through Chipotle's website but all it gave me was a coupon for a free drink. I don't think a free drink resolves that issue, and I would not return to this location or recommend it.
The new hours are awful. Are you just open for the lunch rush?

I got a burrito today and it seems like they rolled it the wrong direction, all the sour cream & guacamole was on the end of the burrito, than 3-4 inches of rice, layer of beans, and the a little bit of meat at the end. Seemed like 80% of the burrito was rice. Rice is very cheap and I understand that but does that mean to fill a stake burritos with rice with a tiny scoop of meat???? I ate it, but it was definitely a 1 out of 5 burrito.

Talked down to by a manager (shorter with glasses) for inquiring after waiting patiently for 30 minutes on where my food was. His response was "we got you your food". Pathetic treatment for sitting there and waiting during the lunch rush.
