I ordered a salad and didn’t even have lettuce!! It was also all completely cold. This was after being locked out of the dining room and ignored for 10 minutes by employees. Do not come here.

Got delivered through an app. They put beans on when I said no beans and im allergic so I couldnt eat any of it.

Ordered pickup, FREEZING cold and disgusting… meat was very off putting. I’ve had chipotle hundreds of times and this isn’t right

Dang this is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Haven’t been in years and now I remember why lol. Steak was so well done you had to chew it a lot to be able to swallow it. The quesadilla was dry and cooked to all hell. They forgot my chips so I had to go back and get it. Won’t be back :(

No wonder why this place had 2.4 stars. I thought I’d give this place a chance despite the low ratings but I was wrong. I had never tasted a chipotle bowl that crappy. I added green salsa which I always do in my bowl but the food tasted like I just squeezed a whole lemon. On top of that it had that really weird sour taste as if I was eating stale food. Also, the staffs were busy doing their own things like they didn’t belong there. Please, go to a different location that has good reviews and ratings.

I found about a 2-inch long bone fragment in my burrito! Absolutely terrifying! What if a child had swallowed that? The tip of the bone was sharp, almost like a blade. I actually bit into it while eating. thank God I didn’t swallow it!!😱😱

Great value for the money! I personally like a lot of salt, for those who don't, you may want to ask about low sodium options.

This Chipotle gave me violent food poisoning on 9/4/25. I’m 8 months pregnant and was legitimately scared for the safety of my baby as I was vomiting and having diarrhea all night last night. The bug passed quickly thankfully but we will never be going to this Chipotle again and I want to warn others.
