Bridgette was an incredible server today. Even on a Friday Evening, she had a very lively and helpful attitude and took a lot of care crafting me and my wife’s burrito (which was delicious!). I don’t often got to Chipotle, but this evening was the best customer service I’ve seen in a very very long time.

Not sure why all the negative reviews. I’ve been coming into this Chipotle weekly for a year and the food is always good and they are always accommodating if the portions feel a little inconsistent or light. They have to deal with a lot of people here and do a good job regardless.
