It’s chipotle, nothing different from any other chipotle. The food was good. They remembered everything in our online order. It just isn’t a 5 star experience.

Avoid this place at all costs if you are doing an online/takeout order and cannot watch them prepare your food. The portion sizes this place provides is appalling. Ordering extra rice did not even cover half of the bottom of a burrito bowl. The meat portion was so tiny there was barely anything in there. A complete ripoff for what you're paying for. If you can watch them make it in person, I imagine this would be different, but if they are unsupervised, they WILL rip you off. Period.

My grandkids love it. They go in and carefully pick what they want and watch how much more they get in person than they get the drive-thru. They are hooked on Chipotle, and the prices are almost reasonable.

I flew into town late and there weren’t many food places open so I was glad to see Chipotle had late hours. Only waited a minute to get helped and the food tasted great. Appreciated the fast and friendly service from the evening crew.

Had a promo we had a question for about free chips and queso, the cashier had us go to rewards and redeemed points, the points left our balance and now we are short 825 points because they didn’t read properly and wasted our free points. If they understood the promo they would have understood why we were asking if we could redeem in store

Recent visit was disappointing, smallest bowl I have ever received with over cooked fajita veggies and a bag of flavorless, chewy, stale or undercooked tortilla chips...the hot sauce is great but Qdoba has these guys beat in quality and freshness in every way. Maybe its a location specific problem but why take any chances when Qdoba is always great?
I just ordered a bowl w extra honey chipotle chicken and a kids quesadilla and it arrived quick (through doordash) and the bowl was the best ive had in a long time great quality and no fishy pieces of meat i appreciate you guys location matters and this one deserves some praise.
