Generally a decent place to eat. Most of the workers don't skimp on the portions, but there are a few people who seem like managers that seem to only give very small amounts for food, especially the guac and cheese, which you pay extra for.

I ordered a chipotle bowl for pick up, first I ordered to the wrong restaurant, totally my fault but trying to get ahold of anyone to remedy this was a head ache in itself because their customer service center just completely sucks. I got there and was standing at the counter ignored for quite some time. I finally get home with my order and notice 3 different things missing in my bowl, the pico, cheese and sour cream. It was basically lettuce with rice and the littlest dollop of sour cream and the smallest amount of dry meat. I was so disappointed

I ordered delivery though the chipotle app and they forgot my salad dressing and fork/napkins but otherwise is classic chipotle. Fresh and made to order. Its just disappointing as this has happened multiple times. But otherwise 10/10 will order delivery again <3

Go to the chipotle at 9375 SW Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy. 2/2 times I have had stingy people working at the Hall location. I don't expect much, but when you get a single scoop of chicken and shake some off before adding to my bowl.... 👋 The Hall location is more expensive and hires unfriendly people. Just my .02$ but don't support them until they do better!

I’ll be getting mine from tualitan for now on. @$15 I was extremely disappointed If there out or low on ingredients you pay the price with no substitutions or discounts. No chicken was available today

I’ve given this Chipotle multiple chances, but tonight was the third time I’ve ordered through the app for pickup and part of my order was missing. This time, not only were the drinks missing, but they also left the meat off our meals. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, I was simply met with an “okay,” which felt dismissive and unhelpful. The attention to detail at this location is seriously lacking, and the portion sizes keep getting smaller and smaller each visit. Very frustrating to pay full price and consistently leave with incomplete or skimpy meals.
