We were visiting Portland on a cold and rainy day and I wanted to try somewhere new to me. Decent amount of options. I got the Benny with bacon.. wish the bacon was crispier but still a solid breakfast sandwich. Had to go to a nearby cafe to eat because it was too cold at the pod.
Vegan breakfast sandwiches are few and far between where we live, so a must on my list of Portland food was Chubby Bunny. They did not disappoint. The breakfast hoagie was hands down the best vegan breakfast sandwich I have ever eaten. The slightly spicy mayo was the perfect finishing touch.
