We’ve eaten here multiple times. They are consistently good. The pricing is reasonable. The service is good. The meal is always satisfying. The only catch is the climate control is wild, but it’s become an enjoyable quirk of the place. If you like Korean food, this is our favorite place to go in Portland since Bibimbop house closed down. Good value, great taste, satisfying experience. Reliable. Definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed the dolsot bibimbop, soondubu, and the green onion pancake. Today was our first day in and we look forward to returning!
Yesterday we walked in for dinner in the evening and asked for the soup. Told the waitress my GF was allergic to pork, she said she would ask the chef if there was pork in the chicken soup and we were told it had none. Needless to say she had an allergic reaction and we ended up leaving. Highly disappointed and buyers be weary of what you are told when it comes to allergies

I came here on a Friday afternoon, it was only me and a cousin that decided we'd give this place a try. We stood at the door for abt 8 minutes waiting for someone to get us seated. By the time we sat, they made us sit at a far back dark corner, it took them about 5 minutes to give us menus, and we had ordered some water that we could drink while we waited. We waited for about 15 minutes JUST for water that never arrived. No one came to check up on us, we stood up and left. Slow and HORRIBLE service.
Great Service.. the Food is Authentic and Hospitality and Kindness ..
Excellent food and service. Friendly and comfortable neighborhood restaurant. If you're unfamiliar with Korean food just ask... Lovely people.

Lovely food at pretty good prices. Service there is always timely and well mannered. Dolsot bibimbap is good, tteokbokki, bulgogi, ribs, japchae, and pretty much everything else I've tasted has been good to amazing.

We had family come in from out of town, so went to get a lunch together. 4 adults, 2 teens, and 3 small children. I know that’s kind of a bigger group, but the moment we walked in, the waiter shamed us by giving us a talk about how we must make a reservation for a group like this because they get really busy at that time, even though there were several open tables. I understand that being the only server, everything can take longer and it’s a lot of work. We had no complaint about the wait. But even though he tried to be somewhat friendly and joke around, when we asked for another set of side dishes(because he only brought 1 set for 9 of us), he told us we will need to pay for the set if we didn’t finish them all. And he ended up not bringing it to us anyways. I don’t think the restaurant lacking employees should give them the right to tell us what we can request and what can’t. Again, we weren’t complaining about the wait at all.

They play Kpop! It’s awesome here! The servings are huge so the price makes sense. This is my go to place when i visit the area.

This place was such a treat!! The food was absolutely delicious, with generous portion sizes perfect for sharing or for anyone with a bigger appetite. The Korean lady serving us was honestly the sweetest, she was the perfect mix of attentive and unobtrusive—she made sure we had everything we needed without hovering. Definitely appreciate that when you're catching up with friends!
The seasonal naengmyon (cold noodle soup) totally hit the spot—especially with a little extra vinegar and mustard. We also got the bulgogi and pa jeon, and both were packed with flavor. Even the side dishes were so good we didn’t leave a single bite! Can’t wait to come back! :)
