I ordered my Espresso machine and Grinder Clive and most of my experience has been great. Their chat service is very responsive and super helpful anytime I have a question. Only giving 4 stars since I'm having an issue with their point system where it is removing my points even though I didn't use them. They told me there are some errors happening on their end so hopefully that gets fixed soon.

I ordered a ECM Synchronika II espresso machine and Clive Coffee is the best to deal with. They responded to emails promptly and honered deals. Shipping was very fast and it arrived in excellent condition. I couldn't recommend them higher. This is a awesome company to purchase from.
