Spoke to Niko who is knowledgeable and ready to teach and also took his time explaining the nuances of the machines I was looking at. I had done some research on Profitec models, ECM Synchronika, Rancilio, and La Marzocco, but as a first timer I wanted to know if there was something less expensive that would fit my needs/wants, or more expensive that would have features I wasnt aware of. I landed on the ECM Synchronika and I’m having so much fun. Its everything I wanted and I feel like I skipped the “incremental upgrade path” straight to a machine that I’ll be happy with for years. In the first week since it’s arrived I’ve nailed down a “daily driver” bean and recipe consistently, now I’m ready to start exploring different beans/roasts. The whole experience has been great, the only problem is that now I want a better grinder to easily move between beans/roasts ? (soon - with my club points from the first purchase!)

The Bianca is everything I wanted In a espresso machine as far as consistency and looks go + the option to really geek out and dig deeper in the rabbit hole is an added plus. Quality & stock options are unmatched @ this price in comparison to other brands.

I have mixed feelings about clive. I love my machines, and the tech support has been great, but I didn't always get exactly what I thought I was getting (buying openbox) and there have been some problems....which customer service took care of. So great customer service, but I wish I hadn't had any problems.
