This place is my childhood. Full of nostalgia. The ice cream is PERFECT and delicious. They offer a variety of flavors, there's something for everyone! All the employees that I've interacted with are super wonderful and polite. The way everything is set up inside makes the process of ordering and receiving your food intuitive and stress-free. They have some tables inside, but it's a popular place so the tables are often occupied. It's a very convenient location.

Love, love Cloud City Ice Cream. On my last visit they had a delicious vegan Golden Milk Ice Cream that is worth going out of your way for. Unfortunately, I do not recommend the gluten-free waffle cone. If you can't have gluten, best to get a bowl!Dietary restrictions: Dairy free options available

Cloud city always has a good sized line outside the door when you drive by and that's when you know it's good. If you like not too sweet desserts, this ice cream has the perfect not overly sweet flavors. I have the earl grey ice cream and it was perfectly balanced.

Really good ice cream! Lots of Vegan options, too. We had the Earl Grey & Marianneberry, Mint Chip, Dark Chocolate Salted Caramel, and the Butter Pecan. Each had too notch ingredients and 4ich flavors.

Best ice cream in the greater Portland area... Nothing comes close! Inconveniently (for me ; ) located out in SE Woodstock. I truly wish they would expand to more areas around town like Salt & Straw (which doesn't hold a candle to Cloud City!)

This place is a fabulous local staple. If you haven’t tried this place you’re definitely missing out! My favorite is the Sea Salt Cookie Dough, which is literally 50% cookie dough and 50% ice cream. The customer service is always very nice and there is always a line out the door. Best ice cream I’ve had in PDX.
