So after Otto's you got to go here. This is not your common 31 flavor place, this not your foofoo salt and straw, this is really good ice cream for the sake of ice cream, great flavor and texture. Nice helpful people. Two scoops in a cup goodness

Best ice cream spot in PDX hands down. I’ve tried many new places since finding Cloud City, and I always come to the conclusion that there is no better ice cream than Cloud City! Do yourself a favor and try this place if you haven’t yet. You’re missing out!

Chocolate salted caramel- smooth, rich, and delicious. Salty caramel and deep chocolate. Very very good.
Chocolate truffle- good truff pieces but the ice cream itself is dry, crumbly, and icy. Would not get again.
The sea salt caramel- Very good caramel flavor. Smooth and creamy. Would get again
