Delicious and wonderful variety. Got an assortment of different donuts and wasn’t disappointed in one. Everything was soft, fresh and free of the awful taste you’d get at larger chains.
This used to be one of my favorite little treats, but over the last few years they really seem to have stopped trying. Donuts are no longer made on site, selection has been cut way back, and they’re frequently sold out of everything but the most basic offerings, even early on a quiet morning.
I ordered 130$ worth of coffee and donuts (2 carafes; 1 dozen deluxe and 1 dozen regular) on Friday to be ready for Tuesday at 730a. I walked in at 732a and there is a customer that is also grabbing 2 carafes of coffee. They’re almost done.
I’m told I’ll have to wait because mine aren’t ready yet. They haven’t even been started. It’s 740 and there’s only one person working. After waiting ten more minutes, the customer ahead of me thanks the person behind the counter as they leave and says “next time I’ll have to make an order!” So… was that my coffee?
I didn’t walk out of Coco Donuts until 825. What in the world is the point of making an order ahead of time to be ready for pick up only to wait an hour for it?
Barely a “sorry for the wait”, and no other explanation. Also received the smallest pittance of creamer and oat milk for 2-96oz carafes. I’m wildly disappointed in the entire experience.
Thank you Coco Donuts on Sunnyside! I accidentally ordered a 3oz coffee from Uber eats and the staff recognized it was most likely an error and prepared me a great 16oz Caramel macchiato. 😀 Not to mention their fresh, fluffy and delicious donuts!
No ice means no ice
I go here all the time and I went this morning. The service was not good at all!! I have never experienced this!! I ordered 1 donut at a time and the guy behind the counter kept stuffing them in this little ass bag!! I am a person who does not like my food to touch some ppl get it and some don’t and that is okay. I am usually asked how many will I be purchasing but nothing and I left no tip which is very unusual for me. That is why I gave 4 stars! Not sure if I am going back to that location on N Skidmore where I used to live right next door in the 80’ and 90’s! The neighborhood sure has changed.

I had heard raves of the buttermilk donuts. While they were good, they were a little too dense and cake like for me (not sure I could explain the difference between the buttermilk and cake versions). I enjoyed the boston cream though. If you plan to go, go early on the weekends. By 10 am on Sunday they were out of the apple fritters and had one cinnamon roll left.

They're fine. I personally prefer Doe Donuts.
Went in on 7/30/24 at 8 AM and my donuts were stale. I could tell they were day old if not older. Frosting was wet/greasy and inside of donut was dry & stale.

Usually a very good place for donuts and coffee, though a cinnamon roll I bought here was completely raw in the middle. Not big enough of an issue to remove a star, just thought I’d bring that to the attention of the employees.
