Not really a traditional Cuban sandwich, but it was really good. The meat on it was tender and juicy. I’d say it’s a “Portlandified” Cubano. Still delicious. Just not exactly what I expected. I’ll still probably come back here and there. I love that they have maduros as they can be hard to find around here as a person with Caribbean heritage.

Love the food love the area but my goodness please teach your front of house a bit more about hospitality and saying hello. It matters as much as it seems like “just a job”. Went with some work colleagues for lunch and we practically had the place to ourselves. I ordered the Cuban Sandwich and the housemade lemonade. Everything was delicious and it was one of the best Cuban sandwiches ive had in a long time! I will definitely be back for more!

Ordered a cuban sandwich during happy hour on Mardi gras, However maybe I'm being too extra.. But a cuban sandwich should have Swiss cheese mustard and pickles. That I did not get. Just shredded pork, no cheese, no pickle, no mustard.

I keep walking by this spot and I finally went in to grab some of their brunch sandwiches to go. They had a really solid gluten free option for my partner and we liked it so much we went back for dinner! The empanadas were incredible and so many bonus points for the gluten free options. Will definitely be back!

I love their plantains... And everything else that we ordered! The sweet plantains were perfectly caramelized and the salty plantain side had just the perfect crunch. Even our drinks were fabulous. And the interiors are very colorful and lively. Big Sunny Windows looking out on the neighborhood.
Wow, just wow. I'm not a fan of gluten free, dairy free. This food changed my mind. The pulled pork bowl was absolutely awesome. Fresh, stewed beef in rojo sauce, fresh avacado and mangos, and rice and beans that had the perfect textures. It's on my list to go back.
