Fantastic flavors, amazing ambiance and speedy and kind service.
Excellent happy hour deals, great atmosphere, and tasty Cuban sandwich. Took off a star since the dude at the register was not friendly whatsoever during 2 seperate interactions.
The guava chicken was absolutely amazing š. Strong cuban espresso makes for some pretty delicious cocktails. The Cubano was also on point. Fast service. Friendly bar tender.
Disappointed overall with the food quality and price. The yellow rice and beans were good, but my chicken was entirely burnt on one side + I only got one piece of chicken for the plate. According to the person taking our orders, the chicken plate was supposed to have more chicken compared to the bowl which my friend got. However, when I took my meal out of the takeaway container, it was the size of her bowl, though I paid more though for mine. The Caribbean salad also was entirely cucumber, though there was supposed to be some more ingredients to it. For the price and quality of the food, itās definitely not worth $18. Iām really bummed because I didnāt get what I ordered & what I got was partly inedible.
Delicious Cuban food in a great space
Not really a traditional Cuban sandwich, but it was really good. The meat on it was tender and juicy. Iād say itās a āPortlandifiedā Cubano. Still delicious. Just not exactly what I expected. Iāll still probably come back here and there. I love that they have maduros as they can be hard to find around here as a person with Caribbean heritage.

Visited around 1pm Thursday. Excellent food and drinks. Cashier was great. Will certainly order again if I am in the area. Glad I don't live nearby or I'd visit TOO often. š
Kid-friendliness: Friendly to older kids fooling around

Love the food love the area but my goodness please teach your front of house a bit more about hospitality and saying hello. It matters as much as it seems like ājust a jobā. Why would I feel more inclined to tip someone who waits 5 minutes of me standing there for them to ask āoh are you ordering?ā Like no Iām just waiting for my food to fall from the sky. Cmonā¦

Went with some work colleagues for lunch and we practically had the place to ourselves. I ordered the Cuban Sandwich and the housemade lemonade. Everything was delicious and it was one of the best Cuban sandwiches ive had in a long time! I will definitely be back for more!

Ordered a cuban sandwich during happy hour on Mardi gras,
However maybe I'm being too extra..
But a cuban sandwich should have Swiss cheese mustard and pickles. That I did not get. Just shredded pork, no cheese, no pickle, no mustard.
