Fun place with great food and drinks.
Tea leaf salad has an incredible flavor and crunch. We also enjoyed the pork noodle and fried chicken (coconut) rice. Amazing!
This was my first time at Rangoon bistro and I have to say Reilley made it absolutely unforgettable. The food was incredible. The service was incredible and we can’t wait to bring all of our friends to experience the same tasty flavor extravaganza. Love, knowing that this place exists in Portland. Thank you!

Rangoon Bistro is a very special place and a Portland cuisine treasure. The gorgeous indoor and outdoor space features a beautiful courtyard. The food is absolutely delicious and perfect every time, with super unique dishes. You must try the spiced pork rice noodles, fried chicken, and the large dumpling. The fried chicken is carefully marinated in an array of spices and fried to perfection for a satisfying crunch. The rice dumpling is savory and satisfying. The staff is passionate and the chefs are very approachable. It is a favorite place for a unique experience and a great spot for dinner and conversation, with carefully crafted cocktails.
