I used to really enjoy this restaurant and wanted to support since I know they are in a tricky location and I LOVE Cuban food. Unfortunately, they placed a huge trans flag in the front window, which as a woman, I find to be a slap in the face. If they are a welcoming place to everyone, remove the flag.
The pork should not be dry. Your food is tasty and authentic except half of the pork on my plato was way too dry. Also surprisingly small portion size of carne. The meats should be the star in a plato, juicy and flavorful. That’s about preparation and you all need to dial that in.
